Appropriate trade test certificate in Electrical (high voltage) or Mechanical. |

Effective and efficient management of the Workshop including People Management/Supply Chain Management/Finance Management and other resources. Strategic planning and management of hospital maintenance, repairs and infrastructure projects. Render sound quality and risk management practices. Implement strategies to ensure continuous adherence to OHSA and other legislative frameworks in order to achieve compliance with IHS, IPC and OHS norms and standards. Provide input, assistance and compile technical specifications, business plans, draft reports, submissions and perform other relevant administrative tasks. |

Ten (10) years appropriate post qualification experience as Artisan/Artisan Foreman. |

|
Valid Code B/EB driver’s licence. Willingness to perform standby duties after hours and over weekends/Public holidays and overtime when the need arises. |
|
|
Values based-leadership skills. Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate effectively to both internal and external stakeholders. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills to support effective project management and the timely delivery of targets and outputs. Knowledge of the relevant legislative prescripts, policies and procedures. |

Remuneration:
|
Grade A: R 455 223- R 519 084 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
