Experience:
Appropriate experience in Personnel administration. Appropriate experience in the PERSAL system.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Basic Computer literacy. (MS office). Basic understanding of Human Resource Management. Knowledge of the human resource prescripts in the Public Service. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
 
Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Handle all aspects pertaining to salary matters. Processing of overtime, night shift, housing and other allowances. Personnel administration with regard to appointments and exits. Pensions administration. Auditing of personnel files. Handle telephonic and written enquiries and support to the supervisor.

Minimum educational qualification:
National Senior certificate or equivalent.

No payment of any kind is required when applying for this post. Candidates will be subjected to a written/practical and oral assessment. The pool of applicants will be considered for similar vacant posts within the Chief Directorate: Metro Health Services, for a period of 3 months from date of advert.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 216 417-R 254 928 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
