Grade 1: None. Grade 2: A minimum of 10 years appropriate/recognisable nursing experience after registration with the SANC as Nursing Assistant. Grade 3: A minimum of 20 years appropriate/recognisable nursing experience after registration with the SANC as Nursing Assistant. |

No payment of any kind is required when applying for this post. The pool of applicants will be considered for similar vacant posts within the Chief Directorate: Metro Health Services, for a period of 3 months from date of advert. Candidates will be subjected to a practical/written and oral assessment. |

Provide elementary clinical nursing care. Assist patients with activities of daily living which includes patient hygiene, nutritional status, mobility and elimination needs. Maintaining professional growth, ethical standards, self-development and record keeping. |
|
|
Qualification that allows registration with SANC as a Nursing Assistant. |
|
|
Willingness to rotate in other wards when required. Willingness to work shifts (day and night), weekends, public holidays and overtime. |

Remuneration:
|
Grade 1: R 165 177 - R 188 865 per annum, Grade 2: R 192 675 - R 218 667 per annum, Gade 3: R 227 070 - R 283 347 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
