Overall management of people development, people management strategies and labour relations functions. Ensure that the people management administration and system functions are effectively executed. Ensure compliance to all policies, regulations and operational protocols. Management of staff and external service providers. |

Extensive knowledge and experience of People Management in a leadership role. |
