A valid (code B/EB) driver’s licence. Willingness to travel on a regular basis to facilities in the Cape Metropolitan Area. |

Appropriate experience. |

Computer literacy (MS Office). Good interpersonal skills and the ability to act independently, objectively and confidently. Ability to work under pressure, handle a high workload and adhere to deadlines. Knowledge of Project management and use of data analytical tools/methods to produce high quality reports. |

Provide administrative support with programme logistics, minute taking during meetings and telephonic and email communications and follow ups when required. Provide administrative support with travel arrangement of staff in the department. Provide administrative support with record keeping filling and archiving. Provide general administrative support to the Directorate: Clinical Service Improvement. Collate and monitor data/information for the compilation of reports. |

Senior Certificate (or equivalent). |

|

Remuneration:
|
R 216 417 per annum - R 254 928 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
