Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written. Must be Physically fit to perform duties, to lift and load heavy items, be of sober habits. Must do standby and work overtime after hours, including weekends and holidays.
 
Experience:
Appropriate experience in the transportation of personnel and goods in a Health Facility set up.
 
Minimum educational qualification:
Basic literacy and numeracy.

Duties (key result areas/ outputs):
Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail daily. Deliver and collect patient folders to and from various departments. Record all folders received in Medical Records and retrieve both current and archived patient folders. Assist with general administrative duties. Support to supervisor
 
Inherent requirements of the job:
Valid (Code B/EB) driver’s license.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 131 265 per annum - R 154 626 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
