A valid (code B/EB/C1) driver’s license. NIMART trained/qualified and experience/practice in NIMART patients. Willingness to travel across the district. |

Basic R425 qualification (i.e., diploma/degree in nursing) or equivalent qualification that allows registration with the South African Nursing Council as Professional Nurse and Midwife. Post-basic qualification, with duration of at least 1-year, in Curative Skills in Clinical Nursing Science: Health Assessment, Treatment and Care accredited with the SANC (R48). |

Coordinate facilitate learning opportunities for Registered Professional Nurses in NIMART and all relevant nurse prescribing related training. Coordinate and facilitate the in-service training and updating of skills. Facilitation of updating already NIMART trained Professional Nurses. Evaluate and Assess the competencies and skills of nursing personnel. Effective management and utilization of human resources. |

Current registration with the South African Nursing Council as Professional Nurse and Midwife. |

Good verbal and written skills. Good organizational skills. Computer skills (MS Office Excel, PowerPoint and Word). |

Grade 1: A minimum of 4 years appropriate/recognizable nursing experience after registration with the SANC as Professional Nurse in General nursing. Grade 2: A minimum of 14 years appropriate/recognizable nursing experience after registration with the SANC as Professional Nurse in General Nursing. At least 10 years of the period referred to above must be appropriate/recognizable experience after obtaining the 1 year post basic qualification in the relevant specialty. |

Remuneration:

Grade 1: R 451 533 (PN-B1)- R 530 376 per annum, Grade 2: R 553 545 (PN-B2) -R 686 211 per annum Annual salary plus 37% in lieu of service benefits.
