| Provide secretariat and technical assistance to the Programme Review Committee and Resource Mobilisation Committee of the Provincial Council on AIDs & TB. Provide technical assistance for the development and implementation of activities, programmes and projects that contribute to the NSP/PIP and other relevant strategies and/or plans. Implement a sector wide monitoring and evaluation framework and monitor progress of sector performance according to set timeframes. Support and strengthen multi-sector partnerships and projects across sectors to achieve the goals and objectives of the NSP/PIP. Provide a professional support function to the Chief Directorate: ECSS and the PCAT sub-directorate in terms of planning and management activities. |
