Knowledge of the PFMA, National and Provincial Treasury Regulations. Knowledge of the Accounting Officer’s System of the Department (specifically procurement prescripts). Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to function independently as well as in a multi-disciplinary team. |

Perform tasks related to procurement administration such as inviting of quotes for supply of goods and services. Assist end-users with compilation of specifications. Capture requisitions and other documentation on the Supply Chain (LOGIS) system. Assist with annual inventory stocktaking. Communicate and draft minutes for the Quotation Committee. Monthly SCM reporting. Provide support to Manager and assist within the Supply Chain Component. |

Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with Mathematics or Accountancy as passed subject and/or Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with experience/competencies that focuses on the Key Performance Areas (KRA’s) of the post. |

Remuneration:
|
R 202 233 per annum - R 235 611 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
