Experience
Appropriate experience.
 
Competencies (Knowledge/Skills)
Basic understanding of People Management Recruitment and Selection, Employment contracts, employment equity, Permis. Ability to maintain confidentially. Knowledge of Persal. Computer Literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Office Outlook). Communication skills (written and verbal) in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape.
 
Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Co-ordinate and run recruitment and selection process. Assist with the compilation and placement of advertisements. Perform general office administration duties pertaining to personnel administration within recruitment and selection. Assist with the Permis and SPMS process. Accurate record keeping as well as attending to enquiries/ correspondence.

Requirements:
Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 202 233-R 235 611 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
