Policy implementation, co-ordination, and evaluation of the HIV/AIDS, STI, TB & VMMC Programmes. Support strengthening and development of the DHS, priority health services and community-orientated primary care. Effective, efficient, and sustainable financial management of National Conditional Grant Funding, Donor funding/provincially earmarked funding in the HIV/Aids, STI and TB programmes. Management of NPO’s and Donor Funded Projects (e.g., Global Fund, USAID/PEPFAR). Management of Human Resources within the HIV/AIDS, STI and TB Component. Monitor and evaluate programme targets and performance of HIV/AIDS, STI and TB Programmes. Manage the implementation of continuous quality improvement and quality assurance initiatives of the HIV/AIDS, STI, VMMC, TB Programmes and provide related support to the service platform. | |
