Appropriate experiencing in Human Resource Management: Establishment Control, Advertising & Recruitment & Selection. |

Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Word and Advanced Excel. Good written and communication skills in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Extensive knowledge of HR policies, procedures, practises relevant to Establishment control, Talent sourcing and performance management. Analytical, communication, independent decision-making, problem-solving and interpersonal skills. |

Effective management, implementation and coordination of Establishment control, Talent sourcing and Performance management policies and practices. Maintain a balanced APL. Monitor, analyse and evaluate PM reports, including Non-APL reports, and compile and present PM statistics/indicators. Provide training and advice regarding the application of People Management policies and prescripts. Render support to supervisor and colleagues when needed. |

Remuneration:
|
R 359 517-R 397 104 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
