Administration Clerk: Support Services

Experience:
Appropriate practical experience of Facility Support Services and contract management.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Computer literacy in Microsoft Package (MS Windows, Word and Excel, Outlook) proof must be attached. Outsourced Services Contract maintenance and compliance. Effective logistical support. Data Capturing. Seamless service delivery. Minute taking and meeting logistics. The ability to accept accountability and responsibility and to work independently and unsupervised when required.
 
Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Contract Maintenance. Perform effective support and administrative role. Record keeping and filing on MS Teams. Effective data management and administer quality monitoring. Present data for monthly Facility meeting. Effective support to the Supervisor and other Stakeholders in line with the Departmental Leadership Behavior Charter.
 
Inherent requirements of the job:
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Valid (Code B/EB) driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Requirements Minimum educational qualification:
Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with experience/competences that focusses on the Key Performance Areas (KPA’s) of the post.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R202 233 - R235 611 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
