Ability to work independently, and as part of a team. Computer skills in (MS Office: Word and Excel). Working knowledge, training, and skills on the computerized procurement system LOGIS. Knowledge of PFMA, Finance Instructions Provincial Treasury Regulations, and Supply Chain Management processes. |

|
Appropriate experience in the Supply Chain Management environment and in LOGIS. |
|
|
Demand and Acquisition Management of goods and services. Compilation of specification for various goods and services to meet the requirement of the end user. Ensure that all procurement transactions comply with legislative requirements. Preparation of vetting for the Vetting Committee. Assist with Asset and Inventory Management. Follow up on complaints for the Northern Tygerberg Sub Structure. Provide support to the supervisor and end users. |

|
Good verbal and written communication skills in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Valid (Code B/EB) driver’s licence. Willingness to work overtime. Willingness to travel to various health facilities as required. |

Senior Certificate (or Equivalent) with Mathematics and/or Accountancy as a passed subject and/ or Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with experience/competencies that focuses on the Key Performance Areas (KRA’s) of the post. |

Remuneration:
|
R202 233 - R235 611 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
