Administration Clerk: Supply Chain Management (LOGIS Helpdesk)

Experience:
Appropriate experience in Financial Management and Supply Chain Management. Appropriate experience in LOGIS.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills)
Computer Literacy particularly in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc), Proficiency in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Ability to Function as a team player, with or without supervision. Ability to maintain a database as well as capturing data accurately. Excellent communication skills through written, face to face, Teams as well as telephonic communication.

Note:

Requirement:
Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with Mathematics and /or Accounting as a passed subject and /or Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with experience/competencies that focuses on the Key Performance Areas (KPA’s) of the post.
 
Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Update and manage the creation of ICN’s and Ledgers. Maintenance of LOGIS User Profiles - activating and de-activating systems profiles. Provide LOGIS support function to the Departmental System Controller. Perform an effective Helpdesk service for LOGIS. Reporting Departmental System performance – LOGIS. System Maintenance – LOGIS. Ensure compliance with Departmental Systems – LOGIS.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 202 233-R 235 611 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
