Process service exits/early retirements without penalisation/pension applications/enquiries. Provide advice and support to institutions, including development, training and supervision of own staff and HR staff within the Sub-structure. Manage leave administration/PILIR and incapacity matters. Administer applications for RWOEE’s normal and Commuted overtime. Administer approvals for payment of allowances, conditions of service for PHC employees and transfer of employees. Structure MMS Packages and implementation of appointments on PERSAL. |

Senior Certificate (or equivalent). |

Valid Code EB driver’s licence. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. |

Remuneration:
|
R 294 321 - R 343 815 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
