Experience:
Appropriate registry experience.
 
Requirement:
Basic literacy and numeracy skills.

Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Collecting, delivery and distribution of all files, post and correspondence to and from various Directorates in Bellville Health Park. Collecting and delivery of postal items from and to Post Office. Collecting and distributing of newspapers to all officials within the Bellville Health Park. Preparing of file covers and letters for franking. Assist registry personnel and all other officials within Bellville Health Park upon request. Ensure that documents for photocopying and binding are handled.

Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Planning, organising and client orientation skills. Must be dedicated, a team player, innovative and self-motivated.
 
Inherent requirement of the job:
Valid (Code B/EB) drivers’ licence. Ability to pick up heavy bags. Relieve registry clerk on request. Good verbal and written communication skills in at least two of the official languages of the Western Cape.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 125 373-R R 145 077 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
