Administration of Skills Development: handling of training needs analysis and skills audits, assisting with the compilation of the Workplace Skills Plan and its implementation. Capturing Training statistics and Skills Audits on the WSP system. Assist in coordination training interventions, Assisting the training committee with meeting logistics and minutes taking. Prepare stats for the drafting of monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc training reports on training implemented. Administrate bursary processes into the BIMS system, Internships, Learnership, Community Education and Training (CET) and Induction programme (PSI &CIP). Facilitate the Procurement of training providers. Assist in liaising with providers and handle the records of the utilisation of the skills development fund to ensure compliance. Assist with HRD and Wellness Enquiries. Administrate skills development payment and expenditure reports. Arrange training logistics such as venue bookings and capturing of stats for all training provided. Implement and maintain the PEAP programme for the Hospital. Facilitate, coordinate and maintain Health and Wellness within the Hospital. Facilitate, coordinate and maintain employee counselling and debriefing sessions within the Hospital. Assist in Wellness programmes and activities. |

Appropriate experience in the HRD Field. Appropriate experience of the Human Resources Development Legislation and Policies. Understanding of Human Resource Development function and Employee Health and Wellness Programme |

Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Ability to interpret and apply policies. Ability to function as a team player, with or without supervision. Ability to function under stressful environment and cope with heavy workload. |

Remuneration:
|
R202 233 - R235 611 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
