Ability to achieve and maintain good interpersonal and working relations with staff and clients, with knowledge of Batho Pele. Ability to work as part of a team and individually. Good interpersonal and organisational skills and ability to work under pressure, interpret and apply policies. Computer literate (MS word and Excel). |

Ability to communicate clearly and discreetly in person and writing in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. |
|
|
Appropriate Medico Legal Administrative experience. Appropriate experience in typing of minutes. Appropriate experience of SCM and Finance Documentation. |
|
|
Candidates will be subjected to a Practical test. No payment of any kind is required when applying for this post. Only applicants employed within the Provincial Government: Western Cape will be considered for this post. |

Effective Finance and SCM support. Effective administrative support to the different section Heads. Effective control of Medico-legal files, reports, and statements. Effective audit and quality control. Effective support to the Facility Manager. |

Remuneration:

R202 233 - R235 611 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
