Experience
Appropriate experience in Human Resource Management and PERSAL functions.
 
Competencies (Knowledge/Skills)
Knowledge of Human Resource Management Legislation and Policies with the ability to understand and provide advice on policies. PERSAL knowledge and proficiency Ability to function effectively within a team environment with or without supervision. Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Ability to function effectively in a stressful environment with a heavy workload.

Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Perform all administrative duties related to Personnel Administration e.g., pensions, benefits and allowances and PILLIR. Appointments and Salary Administration (OSD, Non OSD, Periodical and Sessional). Leave Administration. Process WCA and PILIR applications. Administration of Commuted overtime Grading and Salary determination. Recruitment and selection
 
Requirements:
Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 202 233-R 235 611 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
