Phone Motor Vehicle Accident Hotline to report hospital admission & capture AFCT reference number on Clinicom & patient folder Schedule appointments (new, follow-up & operation) on system |

Appropriate experience. |

Computer literacy in Microsoft package (Word, Excel and Outlook). Knowledge and practical experience of Clinicom system. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in two of the three official languages of Western Cape. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and effectively within a team. Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and care under pressure. Ability to communicate in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape and good interpersonal relations skills. |
