Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Accurate capturing of patient’s data on Clinicom system. Admit, attend & disposal of patients details as per PGWC Hospital Fees policies and procedures. Accurate collection, safekeeping and deposit of state money. Ensure availability of patient folders at reception areas. Phone Motor Vehicle Accident Hotline to report hospital admission & capture AFCT reference number on Clinicom & patient folder Schedule appointments (new, follow-up & operation) on system
 
Experience:
Appropriate experience.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Computer literacy in Microsoft package (Word, Excel and Outlook). Knowledge and practical experience of Clinicom system. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in two of the three official languages of Western Cape. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and effectively within a team. Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and care under pressure. Ability to communicate in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape and good interpersonal relations skills.

Minimum educational qualification:
Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 202 233-R 235 611 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
