Appropriate experience in Supply Chain Management and appropriate experience to the Transport environment. |

Computer Literacy particularly in Word and Excel. Knowledgeable on the Fleetman Database. Knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act, National Treasury Regulations, Provincial Treasury Regulations, Provincial treasury Instructions, Transport Policies and policy development. Accurate data capturing and recording. Good human relations abilities and telephone skills. |

Handle bookings of government motor vehicle pool vehicles daily. Ensure completeness and filing of application to travel forms. Keep track of GMT hired vehicles. Handling traffic violations and misuse cases. Request tracker reports. Inspection of government pool motor vehicles. Issuing of vehicle licenses and fuel cards. Arrange/handle cleaning, maintenance and repairs of GG pool vehicles. Ensure monthly closing of log sheets of GG pool vehicles. Acquiring and capturing of odo readings on Fleetman system. Assist the Administrative Officer with tasks assigned. Perform front line administrative duties including answering of telephone. Assist and support to all Head Office GG motor vehicle users. Ad hoc tasks assigned by managers. |

Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with Accounting or Mathematics as a passed subject or Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with experience that focuses on the Key Performance Area (KPA’S) of the post. |

Remuneration:
|
R 202 233 per annum - R 235 611 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
