Appropriate Supervisory experience. Appropriate experience in HRM, LR, Recruitment and Selection and HRD. |

Appropriate three-year Degree/National Diploma in Human Resource Related field. |

Computer and software literacy in MS Office. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Appropriate planning and organisational skills. Ability to analyse, interpret and apply legislation, policies and prescripts. Leadership capabilities and managerial skills. Knowledge of PERSAL. |

Effective and efficient Human Resource Management and Support to the Directorate: Forensic Pathology Service. Application of Human resource policies and practices and monitoring and evaluation of audit reports. Application of the Staff Performance Management System/PERMIS. Control over the Recruitment & selection component. Management in the application of effective Labour relations principals and the administration of Human Resource Development. Effective supervision of subordinates and the control of the Human Resource administration. |

Valid (Code B/EB) driver’s license. Willingness to work overtime and travel long distances. Good written and communication skills in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. |

Remuneration:
|
R359 517 - R420 402 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
