Administration functions according to PGWC policies and procedures as it relates to Quality Assurance. Ideal Hospital Framework, Sinjani and EWS system computer duties. Various administrative tasks or duties assigned to you by immediate Manager as required. Responsible for data collection and the accurate capturing and presentation of the data collected. Obtain medication error reports from Pharmacy and include in the monthly statistics. Support the collection of and the drafting of quarterly and annual reports. Draft weekly schedules on work completed and submit to manager. Provide admin and secretarial support services to the department. Collate and ensure timeous submissions of statistics data. |

Appropriate experience in a Quality Assurance environment. Appropriate Sinjani and ideal hospital framework experience. |

|
Candidates may be subjected to a competency test. |
|
|
Good communication in at least two of the 3 official languages of the Western Cape. |
|
|
Knowledge on Patient Experience of Care and Waiting Times Survey processes. Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Report writing skills. Ability to work under pressure, good interpersonal skills and a strong sense of confidentiality. Ability to accept accountability, responsibility, work independently and within a group. |

Remuneration:
|
R 202 233 per annum - R 235 611 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
