Appropriate 3-year National diploma or degree. |

Appropriate experience in Financial Management including Expenditure Control and Completion of BMIs. Appropriate experience in Conditional Grants. Appropriate supervisory experience. |
|
|
Assist with the completion of financial inputs in the formulation of conditional grant business plans. Assist with the compilation of main budget for the conditional grants, in alignment with business plan. Assist with the revision of main budget and business plans in the form of adjusted estimates and revised business plans. Detection and correction of incorrect expenditure. Provide technical assistance and guidance to Programme Managers of Conditional Grants and Donor funding. Identification and correction of incorrect expenditure. Assist with completion of monthly BMI projections. Assist with the completion of monthly IYM tool and NDoH variance report. Approval of Logs on LOGIS after vetting. Authorizing of payments within the appropriate delegations and legislation. |

Organisational, managerial, and leadership skills and an aptitude for working with financial figures. Ability to analyse and interpret financial information and to ensure informed decision making. Strong people management and supervisory skills, ability to work in a team context and motivate team members. Computer literacy in Microsoft Package. Knowledge of PFMA, DORA frameworks, Finance instructions, Provincial and National Treasury regulations, as well as Accounting Officer System. |

Valid Code B/EB driver’s licence. Willingness to travel. Good verbal and written communication skills in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. |

Remuneration:
|
R359 517 - R420 402 Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
