Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Ability to meet and recognize and respond to problematic matters. Advance computer skills in MS Office packages. (Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). Good verbal, written and interpersonal skills. Good Management and Supervisory Skills. Knowledge on Infrastructure Management and Maintenance Processes.
 
Experience:
Appropriate experience on Contract Management, SCM and Asset Management. Appropriate experience in BAS and Revenue.
 
Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Coordinate and populate Cluster Info Management. Supervision of Implementation Support Services SLA in Cluster. Liaise and coordinate maintenance request and follow up on outcomes to ensure that functions are performed satisfactorily, support facilities with documentation needed for repairs and removal from equipment. Perform efficient and effective SCM and Asset Management Processes Support Facility Operational Manager. Represent Cluster at Support Services Meeting at Sub District level.

Requirements Minimum educational qualification:
Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with Mathematics and/or Accountancy as passed subject or Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with experience/competencies that focuses on the Key Performance Areas (KRA’s) of the post.
 
Inherent requirements of the job
Valid (Code B/EB) driver’s license and willingness to travel. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R294 321- R343 815 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
