Appropriate experience in Supply Chain environment. Appropriate experience of LOGIS system management. |

Computer Literacy in MS Word and MS Excel. Sound knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act, National and Provincial Treasury Instructions and the Accounting Officer System. Knowledge and practical experience of the LOGIS System and functional experience in obtaining quotations on an electronic purchasing system (EPS). Ability to maintain confidentiality. |

Demand and acquisition management. LOGIS system controller function for the institution. Supervision of the Main Stores and Supply Chain department. Responsible for Loss control. Monthly and AFS/IFS reporting. Responsible for Procurement Compliance Relief duties for absent colleagues. |

|
Good communicate skills (written and verbal) in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Valid B/EB driver’s licence |

Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with Mathematics and/or Accounting as a passed subject and/or Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with experience/competencies that focuses on the Key Performance Areas (KRA’s) of the post. |

Remuneration:
|
R 294 321-R 343 815 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
