Experience:
Appropriate experience in the field of Establishment administration Appropriate experience and knowledge of the PERSAL system and Org Plus system.
 
Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Execute all establishment administration functions. Interpret and apply establishment related policies and procedures. Issue and administer establishment related information. Provide establishment related reports to various stakeholders.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Good verbal and written communication skills to ensure effective presentation of policies as well as report writing. Sound practical computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook and Teams

Requirements:
Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
 
Inherent requirement of the job:
Valid Code 8 (B, EB) driver’s licence (certified copy). Willingness to work away from home on request. Ability to communicate in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape.

Remuneration:
R 294 321-R 343 815 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
