Appropriate experience working with Share Point or comparable intranet content management software and providing technical support to users. Appropriate experience in analysing of data. Appropriate experience in drafting management reports. |

Knowledge of Share Point (Electronic Filing System), or similar system deployment, documents libraries and office integration. Advanced Microsoft Office skills. Extensive knowledge of Excel. Communication skills, both written and verbal in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Analytical and innovative thinking. |

Provide technical support and advice to users of SharePoint and other relevant applications. Providing training sessions to users wrt new and existing functionality. Analyse database to identify data integrity issue with existing and proposed systems and implement solutions. Effective management and control of the Share Point information. Compiling reports (including power point presentations) for management. Analyse reports (including expenditure trends, inventory, and journals) and report findings to management. |

Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with Mathematics and/or Accountancy as a passed subject and relevant experience/competencies in line with the Key Performance Areas (KRA’s) of the post. |

|
Valid driver licence (code B/EB) manual. Willingness to travel. |
|

Remuneration:

281418-331497 Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
