Appropriate and proven experience within Supply Chain Management, Financial reporting, Contract management, Asset Management and transport. Appropriate supervisory experience. |

|
Appropriate three-year National Diploma or Degree. |
|
|
Good computer literacy skills in (MS Office: Word and Excel PowerPoint). Sound knowledge of LOGIS system and Procurement Management systems. Knowledge of applicable policies (PFMA, AO system and Treasury Instructions). Good written and communication skills in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Good interpersonal relations skills and communication skills. |

Responsible for managing and co-ordinating the supply chain component (contract management, finance, transport, financial reports Management), and other activities and functions, within the Sub-district. Ensure audit compliance and handle audit queries related to SCM. Manage all reporting requirements, including the AFS and IFS related to Finance, SCM and for the Sub-district. Render a support function to management in terms of SCM, budget and expenditure control to hospitals, and clinics with in KESS Substructure. Manage all Human Resource Management and related functions within the SCM component |

Valid (Code B/EB) driver’s licence and willingness to travel. Ability to communicate in at least two of the three official languages of the western Cape. |

Remuneration:
|
R 359 517-R 397 104 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
