|
Administrative and office support to technical support staff, members of the Hessequa Sub-district workshop, facility manager and chief artisan. Receive, capture, monitor and finalize job requisitions. Create, manage and maintaining of a database (electronically or hardcopy) of all documents related to technical support service and a workshop environment. Finance and supply chain support in respect of procurement, orders, assets, transport and store management. Support to supervisor and facility manager. |

Appropriate experience in a technical environment. |
|
|
Computer literacy in Microsoft (Word, Excel and Outlook), attach proof or mention in CV. Ability to accept accountability and responsibility and to work independently or in a team. |

Senior Certificate (or equivalent). |
|
|
Valid (Code B/EB) drivers’ licence. Sound communication skills, with internal and external clients (verbal, written and typing), numerical skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality in two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. |

Remuneration:
|
R 181 599-R 213 912 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
