A job opportunity exists for the right candidate in Western Cape

Administration Clerk: Finance (2 posts)

   Emergency Medical Services, Chief Directorate: Emergency and Clinical Services Support
 
Experience:
Appropriate experience in financial management. Appropriate experience in LOGIS/BAS or any other related payment system will be an advantage.
 
Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Capture journals, debt and payments on BAS system. Compiling and capturing damages and loss transactions. Safe keeping of documents and complete document control report. Capture payments on LOGIS. Compiling monthly supplier reconciliations. General admin duties.
 
Inherent requirement of the job:
Computer literate (MS Office package, e-mail and internet). Valid driver’s License. Good communication skills in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Good interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and function well in a team. Ability to prioritize and good problem solving skills.
 
Minimum educational qualification:
Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with Mathematics and/or Accounting as a passed subject and/or Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with experience/competencies that focuses on the Key Performance Areas (KPA’s) of the post.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 202 233-R 235 611 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
