Excellent proficiency in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Leadership capabilities managerial and organisation skills. |

Appropriate experience in Human Resource Management. Appropriate experience in a supervisory capacity. |

|
Appropriate National Diploma /Degree in Human Resource related field. |
|
|
Ensure Audit Compliance. Financial Management. Appropriate utilization of overtime budget. Effective management and development of subordinates. Monitoring control measures for al allowances. Provide training, support and guidance to staff and line managers within the scope of profile. Management of Registry services. |

Remuneration:
|
R 359 517 per annum - R 420 402 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
