Appropriate experience in HAST programmes and Quality Assurance. Experience with statistical data collection, validation, analysis and presentation of data. Knowledge of the departmental HAST programs and QA policies. Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, power Point and Outlook). |

Basic R425 qualification (diploma/degree) or equivalent qualification that allows registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Professional Nurse. (This dispensation is only applicable for posts of Clinical Programme Coordinator where it is an inherent requirement of the job, incumbent to maintain registration with the SANC). |
|
|
Monitoring and evaluation of health programmes including the collection, validation, and interpretation of statistical data. Coordinate and implement Quality Assurance projects within the subdistrict, including Ideal Hospital and Ideal Clinics. Develop quality improvement plans for health programmes and quality assurance projects. Assist with HAST programme system strengthening and strategic partnerships. Co-ordination and implementation of the sub-district HIV/AIDS/STI/TB/VMMC/Mental Health Services, Integrated Management of Chronic conditions (Late life Course), 1st 1 000 days’ strategy (Early life course approach), Adolescent, Women’s and Men’s Health Services Support with community outreaches and projects to improve health outcomes. |

Remuneration:
|
Grade 1: R 479 193- R 559 686 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
