Appropriate experience in People Development and Employee Relations. |

Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), numeracy and mathematical skills. Knowledge of the People Management prescripts in the Public Service and knowledge of the Bursary Information Management System (BIMS). Good interpersonal and organisational skills and the ability to function under pressure and meet deadlines. |

Effective and efficient HR policy/prescripts implementation. Effective and efficient facilitation of People Development in the institution. Effective and efficient facilitation of Employee Relations in the institution. Effective and efficient support to Administrative- and People Management component. |

Remuneration:

R 294 321 - R 343 815 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
