Appropriate experience in transport management. |

Computer literacy (i.e. MS Office package, e-mail and Internet). A good understanding of the following: National, provincial, and departmental policies, prescripts and practices governing the work; appropriate computerized systems (Fleetman). Departmental structures and procedures; basic knowledge of technical aspects of vehicles. Communication (written and verbal) skills. Ability to work in a team and independently; ability to work under pressure. |

Responsible for all transport arrangements and coordination of vehicles within the transport component and provide advice and support regarding the management and co- ordination of the GG Fleet. Responsible for overseeing maintenance, bookings, washing and servicing of all vehicles. Coordinating and reporting on vehicle accident, losses and traffic violations. Vehicle preparation, coordinating and allocation of vehicles within Stellenbosch sub-district. General office administration and reporting to GMT. Provide an administrative support function to the supervisor. |

Senior Certificate (or equivalent). |

Valid (Code B/EB) drivers licence. |
|
|

|
Remuneration:
|
R 202 233-R 235 611 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
