Budget management and financial reporting within the Cape Winelands District Health Services. Manage the finance and supply chain management unit to provide effective and efficient services. Ensuring efficient management of the tender processes and delegation of authorities, contract management, asset management and stock take within the district. Compliance Management in line with finance and supply chain policies, PFMA and regulations to achieve effective corporative governance. Develop and implement comprehensive equipment and demand management plan for the district. Develop and implement comprehensive equipment and demand management plan for the district. Manage the human resource within the sub-directorate and support to Sub-districts to achieve the pre-determined performance indicators and service delivery imperatives, motivated, competent, appreciated and performance orientated staff and sound labour relations. Oversee the transfer payments to funded Non-Governmental Organizations. |

Extensive appropriate experience in Financial and Supply Chain Management. Appropriate management level experience. |

Remuneration:

R 811 560-R 952 485 per annum A portion of the package can be structured according to the individual's personal needs.
