Experience:
Appropriate experience that focuses on the Key Performance Areas (KPA’s) of the post.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Computer literacy (MS Word, Advance Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook experience). Good interpersonal relations and organizational skills and to work under pressure. Sound Management, communication and conflict handling skills.
 
Inherent requirement of the job:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape.

Requirements Minimum educational qualification:
Senior Certificate /Grade 12 (or equivalent).
 
Duties (key result areas/outputs):
To manage, deliver and provide an effective and efficient admin functions. To ensure efficient communications and promote clear communications strategies. Effective utilization and control of all physical resources. Effective utilization of financial resources. Deal with written and or telephonic queries with regards to solve complaints of clients and/ or refer. Expenditure assistance to Facility Manager.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 202 233 per annum - R 235 611 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
