ADMINISTRATION CLERK: HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

Experience:
Appropriate Persal experience. Appropriate experience in Human Resource Management.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Computer literacy (MS Office package, email and internet). Ability to maintain confidentiality, meet deadlines, work in a team and independently. Sound Knowledge of HRM policies and practices, Public Service Act of 1994 as amended, Public Service Regulations 2016, Collective agreements regarding personnel and salary administration.

Note:

Duties
Perform all administrative duties pertaining to the personnel administration section i.e., appointments, transfers, pension administration, service terminations, salary administration, leave administration, housing, injury on duty, distribution of monthly payslips, debt management. Responsible for capturing transactions on PERSAL and audit of personnel and leave folders. Handle all personnel enquiries and correspondence (written and verbal) and file personnel data. Perform duties at Brackengate on a rotation basis and provide an effective support service to supervisor. Maintain registers i.e., PILIR, RWOEE, exit interviews, Council registration receipts (SANC &HPCSA). Assist staff, line managers, management, and members of the Public with regards to Human Resource and Personnel matters.
 
Requirements
Senior Certificate or equivalent.
 
Inherent requirement of the job:
Valid Driver’s license. Willingness to perform duties between institutions. Ability to communicate in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 202 233 per annum - R 235 611 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
