Inherent requirement of the job:
Advance level of computer literacy (MS Office) Working knowledge of computerized systems utilized in the Finance environment Effective communication skills in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape.
 
Experience:
Appropriate administration experience.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Basic knowledge and experience in office administration, financial and procurement and patient administration functions. Good interpersonal relations, verbal and communication skills. Computer literacy (i.e. MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
 
Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Committee Clerk functions – planning meetings, taking/typing up minutes Typing of letters, reports and other documentation. Gather information and data in preparation of meetings. Manipulating data to generate management information. Answering the telephone, arrange appointments. Planning of daily task for the Deputy Director of Finance. Handling and submitting of Petty Cash Forms and Receipts. Perform accounting function for the Hospital Facility Board. Relief functions in Admissions and Finance and SCM.

Minimum educational qualification:
Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 181 599 per annum - R 213 912 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
