Appropriate experience in Support Services, Supply Chain, Asset and Contract Management. Appropriate experience in LOGIS, BAS, and EPS (Electronic Procurement System). Appropriate Supervisory experience. |

|
Assist Facility Manager with Budgeting and Expenditure Projections. Oversee facility Finance, Supply Chain Management, Asset Management, Contract Management and related to support services that including security services, waste management, grounds management and others. Effective management of assets and stores as per the Supply Chain Management Policies and prescripts. Liaison between Service Provider, Staff, Contract Manager, Facility Manager and Section Heads. Responsible for all the procurement at the facility and ensure compliance to the PFMA and Financial policies. Ensure effective policy implementation of Occupational Health and Safety and Ideal hospital framework. Representation of the facility as liaison on various forums such as Safety and security-, QA-, OHS/IPC-, waste committees, community health committee meetings and support service-related meetings at institutional and provincial level. Effective control of maintenance and capital works of buildings and equipment of institution. |

Remuneration:
|
R 359 517 per annum - R 420 402 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
