Ability to communicate in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Valid (Code B/EB) driver’s licence. |

Appropriate administration experience. |

Computer literacy (MS Office). Knowledge of Human Resource Management, Labour legislation and sound knowledge of Transport Circular 4 of 2020 including Healthnet. Good interpersonal communication skills, organisational skills and the ability to function under pressure and as part of a team. |

Provide an effective administrative service to the Transport Component. Ensure that vehicles are maintained (roadworthy, clean, regularly serviced and inspected). Provide a support function to the Supervisor with regard to prevention and misuse of Government Motor Transport and fraud investigations. Update the Drivers Database, Drivers details and declarations. Ensure effective and efficient administrative support: Client Management and telephone. An efficient & effective Transport service for patients via Healthnet (inpatients and outpatients) Review S&T claims. Assist with the procurement of goods and services. |

Remuneration:

R 202 233-R 235 611 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
