Appropriate administrative experience in a health/ patient environment. |

Computer literate in MS Word, MS Excel (Level 2). Problem-solving and conflict management with good organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and show resilience. In-depth administrative knowledge. |

Good communication skills in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Function optimally under -pressure. Physically fit and able to perform the task. Willingness to work overtime and relief in other department as required operationally. |

To render an effective professional secretarial administrative support service to Nursing Management. Manage communication and correspondence efficiently in the Nurse Manager’s office. Effectively and efficiently capturing of all nursing statistics. Assist staff from clinical areas with enquiries and provide support. Co-ordinate Training and Development venues and training. |

Remuneration:

R 202 233 per annum - R 235 611 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
