| Appropriate experience in Health Information Management environment. Appropriate Practical experience in Health Information Management Systems, Registry plus and Archive policies. |

| Effective and efficient management of the Registry plus according to DoH policy of the Western Cape. Effective coordination of Line Manager functions in executing Human Resource Management activities in the Thembalethu Cluster and report to Sub District Information Manager. Ensure all Data is complete, correct and consistent, utilizing correct data tools, coordinate and facilitate Facility Data signoff and provide correct Thembalethu Cluster data to the Sub District on agreed deadlines according DoH Policy. Formulate and submit performance indicators, facility graphs and Ideal Clinic performance indicators for Thembalethu Cluster. Assist with updating and implementation of SOPs to optimise Client service and Support with Ideal Clinic Assessments. |

| Knowledge and experience in departmental Health Information Systems, (Certificate to be attached). Knowledge of Registry plus, Disposal and Record Management Policy. Good leadership and Interpersonal Skills abilities, Supervision skills, independent decision-making, problem-solving. |
