Administrative Officer: Supply Chain Management

Experience:
Appropriate experience in Financial and Supply Chain Management.
 
Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Contract Management. Asset Management. Inventory control and warehouse Management. Responsible for the compilation of AFS (Annual and Interim Financial Statements) and monthly reporting. Perform Logis System Controller functions. Ensure that all transactions comply with legislative requirements (Audit compliance). Human Resource Management.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Knowledge of the PMFA, Treasury Directives and Legislation pertaining to a financial, supply chain management and procurement work environment. Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel). Good leadership abilities. Knowledge of Logis & BAS systems.

Minimum educational qualification:
Senior Certificate with Mathematics or Accounting as passed subject or Senior Certificate with experience/competencies that focus on the Key Performance Areas (KRA’s) of the post.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 269 214 - R 317 127 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
