|
A valid (Code B/EB) driver’s licence and willingness to travel. Communication skills (written and verbal) in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. |

Appropriate experience in Human Resource Administration and knowledge of PERSAL, including salary administration, leave administration and personnel administration. |
|
|
Computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Basic understanding of Human Resource Management, Q-link, PCM and SharePoint Knowledge of PERSAL, HRM Policies and Pre-scripts. |

Render effective administrative service (appointments, termination, transfers, salary administration, HRD, Debt management, including journals Housing. WCA’s, debt management etc.) in the HRM department and the optimal processing of data on PERSAL. Effective handling and completion of all personnel queries and administrative tasks. Effective and efficient record keeping of all HR documents. Act as Personnel Representative during Recruitment and Selection processes. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Render optimal support to supervisor and colleagues. |

Remuneration:
|
R 181 599 per annum - R 213 912 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
