An appropriate 3-year National Diploma or degree. |

Appropriate supervisory experience within the Finance/SCM discipline. Appropriate working experience in Asset management, Warehouse management, Procurement, Financial Accounting and Financial management. |

Develop and maintain an effective, efficient, and economic supply chain management administration and service. Manage efficient control of the expenditure in accordance with the approved institutional budget. Ensure effective Asset Management of the Institution and Sub Structure. Ensure efficiencies in Warehouse Management (Stores). Effective leadership and management of staff. Ensure compliance of the expenditure components. Support to Management and capacity development. |

Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Valid driver’s licence (Code B/EB). |

Supervisory/managing a team, leadership skills, ability to develop the team. Advanced computer skills in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). Practical workable knowledge of LOGIS, BAS and EPS. Good numerical skills; problem solving skills. Ability to work under pressure. |

Remuneration:
|
R 393 711 - R 463 764 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
