Provide comprehensive office management, secretarial and clerical support to the SAO: HRD regarding the coordination and execution of training as well as to assist with the effective and efficient management of the Library. Assist with HRD capacity building tasks inclusive of the placement and monitoring of WCRC volunteers as well as to assist with the optimal utilization of the EAP and Wellness Days. Provide effective administrative support in respect of all Labour Related matters to the institution. Provide ad hoc assistance to the Employee Benefits and Administration department and OPC in all aspects of HRM when required. Provide effective support and training in respect of Performance management systems to staff and effective support to ASD: HRM. Effective support to Management. |

Remuneration:
|
R 181 599 per annum - R 213 912 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
