Administrative Officer: Human Resource Management (Recruitment and Selection)

Experience:
Appropriate experience in Human Resource Management: Recruitment and Selection.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Excellent verbal and written communication in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Extensive knowledge of HR Policies, procedures, practises relevant to Recruitment and Selection. Ability to work in a team. Computer skills.

Note:

Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Render a recruitment and selection function. Ensure employment contract are accurately timeously issued. Assist with grievances/disputes linked to recruitment and selection. Compile database on status of advertised posts. Supervise and develop subordinates.
 
Minimum educational qualification:
Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 261 372 - R 307 890 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
