Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with Mathematics and /or Accounting as a passed subject and /or Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with experience/competencies that focuses on the Key Performance Areas (KPA’s) of the post. |

The undermentioned duties pertain to maintenance related procurement: Demand and Acquisition: Capture and register all project requests. Informal Quotations – create events, retrieval of quotations and adjudications. Formal Quotations – CIDB Tender process, Tender management process, adjudication process and tender awards. Preparation of documentation for the QC/ tender committee. Provide secretarial support to QC and tender committee. Prepare and process all documentation for payments. Maintain engineering projects database. General duties: Responsible for the general administration of the engineering office. Safekeeping of supporting documentation and ensure that it is available for audit purposes. Ensure that all transactions comply with legislative requirements. |

Remuneration:

R 176 310- R 207 681 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
